Our existence is an experiment of how each species response to different conditions of soul interactions in order to fine tune the perfect pathway to consciousness.
All experiences of every souls are stored in a Central Repository. This is the Wisdom. The repository of all memories.

Every insight you get for a certain situation, especially after careful consideration or meditation, is you connecting to this universal memories, in a pathway already encoded in the DNA, to bring forth a solution.
Accessing Wisdom and procreating the pathway
The more you learn a new thing by insight, the more pathway you are creating and adding in that particular situation or field to access all previous experiences and knowledge.
The noble houses or royal blood were not just names, they signified the possession of a unique DNA structure that could connect to the universal consciousness and bring forth to man the wisdom (or memories) of old.
In our subconscious mind, we recognize universal truth and when this truth finds an outlet with understanding, we immediately listen in humility.
Same instance when we say leaders are naturally born. It has nothing to do with learned oration or physical appearance but in his degree of access to the universal consciousness or wisdom with understanding.

To have wisdom is to have access to past memories connected to a particular idea or circumstances.
Happy [is] the man [that] findeth wisdom, and the man [that] getteth understanding.
To one has been given a message of wisdom by the Spirit; to another the ability to speak with knowledge according to the same Spirit;
Wisdom is Divine and Understanding (Knowledge) is sensory.
For wisdom is impulse (beyond description with material terms) and understanding is the ability to decode that pulsation into material description or human words for the benefit of the hearer. That's why we always pray for wisdom and understanding.
To be wise without understanding is to feel but not able to relate or find expression in human language.
Even a child born with noble DNA (royal blood) would be schooled in the knowledge and ways of man in order to increase the capacity or warehouse of human experiences and thus enhance understanding or the ability to find human interpretations for spiritual impulse in Wisdom.
